Cancellation and Substitution Policies

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, you must update your registration through the link provided in your registration confirmation.

  • Cancellations received prior to January 21, 2010 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received January 22, 2010 - March 21, 2010 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after March 21, 2010 are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Certification course cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations received prior to March 21, 2010 will receive a credit for course participation on a future date.

Non-attendance or non-payment without notification will incur the full conference fee.

Substitution

Substitutions within a company are acceptable and must be made prior to April 21, 2010. To substitute your registration, you must update your information through the link provided in your registration confirmation.

A registration cancellation or substitution does not automatically change the hotel reservation. You are responsible for making this change.

 

Please note that Newmarket International reserves the right to cancel certification courses if minimum class registrations are not received. In the event of such cancellation, registrants will be notified a minimum of thirty days prior to the course and full refunds will be granted.
