Cancellation and Substitution Policies

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, you must update your registration through the link provided in your registration confirmation.

  • Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellations received January 1 – February 29, 2008 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after February 29, 2008 are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  • Certification course cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a credit for course particiaption on a future date.

Non-attendance or non-payment without notification will incur the full conference fee.

Substitution

Substitutions within a company are acceptable and must be made prior to March 28, 2008.  To substitute your registration, you must update your information through the link provided in your registration confirmation.

A registration cancellation or substitution does not automatically change the hotel reservation.   You are responsible for making this change.
