Cancellation and Substitution Policies
Cancellation
To cancel your registration, you must update your registration through the link provided in your registration confirmation.
Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received January 1 – February 29, 2008 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after February 29, 2008 are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
Certification course cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a credit for course particiaption on a future date.
Non-attendance or non-payment without notification will incur the full conference fee.
Substitution
Substitutions within a company are acceptable and must be made prior to March 28, 2008. To substitute your registration, you must update your information through the link provided in your registration confirmation.
A registration cancellation or substitution does not automatically change the hotel reservation. You are responsible for making this change.
