Q: What is the cost of the conference?
  • Early Bird Registration Fee:   $895 (through January 18, 2008)
  • Standard Registration Fee:   $995
  • One Day Registration Fee:    $595
Q: What is included in the conference fee?

The conference fee includes access to all conference sessions and exhibits, breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday, April 8 and Wednesday, April 9 as well as participation in the Customer Appreciation Event on Tuesday April 8.

Q: What is the last day to register for the conference?

Online registration closes on Friday, March 28, 2008.

Q: How do I register for the conference?

In an effort to streamline registration for NewmarketPLUS 2008, all registrations will be processed online.  Online registration for the conference is now closed. 

Q: How do I pay for my conference registration fees?

Payment, in U.S. Funds, can be made by check, purchase order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit card payments will be processed at the time of registration. If paying by check, please make the check payable to Newmarket International and forward to:

Q: How do I book a room at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa?

The conference room block has been filled at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa.  For those interested in making a new reservation or modifying an existing reservation for the conference, please contact the hotel reservation desk directly at (866) 767-7773.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel your registration, you must update your registration through the link provided in your registration confirmation.

  • Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received January 1 – February 29, 2008 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after February 29, 2008 are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Certification course cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Cancellations received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a credit for course particiaption on a future date.

Non-attendance or non-payment without notification will incur the full conference fee.
A registration cancellation does not automatically cancel the hotel reservation. You are responsible for making this change.

Q: What is the conference attire?

Conference attire is business casual.
