COLLECTION AND USE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION:
"Financial Information" is Information consisting of financial qualifications and billing information provided in conjunction with purchasing Newmarket products and services. Examples include a customerís billing name and address, credit card number.
Except as explicitly stated at the time we request the information, or as provided in Newmarket's Software or Subscription Agreement, as may be applicable, we do not disclose to third parties the Financial Information provided. All Financial Information that we collect through the web site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the products or services. Such information is not used by Newmarket for marketing or promotional purposes. Newmarket uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing (we do not retain credit card numbers).
COLLECTION AND USE OF ANONYMOUS INFORMATION:
We may collect information in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual ("Anonymous Information").
