CDKO
The Certified Daylight Key Operator (CDKO) course is designed to help Key Operators perform their daily responsibilities more effectively. This certification course will teach you how to change, add and maintain your property information, including items such as guest rooms, function rooms, market segments, industry codes, event type and forecast values. All aspects of document and report writing are covered as well as advanced reporting capabilities. Creating UDF panel and fields, hiding, renaming, and making fields mandatory will be taught. All the tools you need to practice good database maintenance will also be covered.
CDSP
You know how to enter a booking and mark an activity complete in Delphi. Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? The Certified Delphi Sales Professional (CDSP) program is designed to increase your effectiveness. This certification program will teach you best practices for account and contact management, helping you to facilitate prospecting and marketing. As an on-the-go sales professional, you will learn tips and tricks on using your Blackberry with Delphi. Also, learn the top five ways to effectively capture business opportunities and revenue management for sales managers.
